FishPin is a navigation aid, not a replacement for proper marine training, common sense, or official navigation equipment. Always wear a life vest, monitor weather conditions, and follow Philippine Coast Guard guidance when at sea.
Sold as-is, no warranty
FishPin is sold as a one-time ₱499 in-app purchase "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep it accurate and reliable, but we cannot be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from its use.
Acceptable use
Don't use FishPin for illegal fishing, poaching in protected areas, or any activity that harms marine ecosystems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to violate this policy.
